  • Club partnerships: Before, during and after school sport options through partnerships with AFL Queensland, Bounce Sports Tennis, Brisbane Roar Football Club, Netball Queensland and Wynnum Manly Rugby League, supporting the development of junior players.

Our facilities include:

At Wondall Heights State School, we emphasise that attitude, attendance and behaviour in all areas of school life are key factors in selection for sporting teams. These expectations help build strong, respectful competitors, and students must demonstrate these qualities to represent Wondall.

Past Wondall students who have achieved at elite levels include:

  • Samantha Riley – Australian Olympic swimmer

  • Ben Halloran – Australian Football Socceroo

  • Tom Gamble – Australian 100m sprinter
