Music is an important part of school life at Wondall Heights State School. Students have opportunities to build confidence, develop creativity and experience the enjoyment of making music together.
Learning an instrument gives students the opportunity to develop musical skills, practise regularly and work with others in an ensemble. Playing together encourages listening, discipline and confidence as students prepare for performances.
Wondall Heights offers three choirs, providing opportunities for students to explore singing and perform at school and community events. Choir helps students learn to listen, blend their voices, cooperate with others and take pride in shared achievements.
